Tourist taxes
All tourist taxes are included in our prices.
Payment of the deposit
The deposit is fixed at 30% of the rental amount (options included).
The methods of payment of the deposit are:
- Online payment
- with credit card (Secure payment)
- Offline payment
- Bankwire (IBAN/SWIFT details will be sent via email after booking)
Once your reservation has been sent, you will receive an email summary of your booking. If you have made the choice to pay the deposit offline, you will find in this email our bank details and our postal address to pay your deposit.
All reservation requests are verified manually and after receipt of payment of the deposit will be the subject of a second email confirmation of your reservation.
Payment of the balance of the rental
The balance is payable upon your arrival to Sébastien Cau (manager CASA FAVALELLA) is:
- Credit cart
- Cash (euros)
Cancellation conditions
The deposit is not refundable.
- From your reservation to 31 days before your stay: The entire deposit is kept.
- From 30 days to 10 days before your stay: 50% of the total rental amount will be paid.
- From 9 days to your stay: the entire amount of the rent will be paid.
General informations
Animals
Pets are not allowed in rentals.
Parking
No more than 2 vehicles per rental. Please inform us in case of a trailer (scooter boat …)
State of play
Please report any discrepancies you may see within 48 hours of your arrival.
Household

A vacuum cleaner is available on request.
Bleach is prohibited (Septic tank). The use of toilet wipes is recommended.
For people who do not choose the cleaning option, we provide a cleaning product.
Check-out
Departures are at 10am. If you have to leave earlier, please let us know the day before.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is closed to non-residents of Casa Favalella.
Access to the swimming pool is only allowed under the supervision of an adult.
Recommendations for the tenants of Casa Favalella
So that your stay at Casa Favalella takes place in a serene and relaxed atmosphere:
- Please respect the number of people indicated on your contract.
- Please report any discrepancies you may notice within 48 hours of your arrival.
- Make sure that the pool gate is always closed, we ask you to be extremely vigilant with the children.
- Take every precaution during the lighting of the barbecue, and make sure during its use that embers or slag do not risk spreading fire around.
- Casa Favalella with a septic tank, do not just throw toilet paper in the toilet.
- Please respect everyone’s rest and do not make any noise between 22h and 9h.
- Please take care of all the equipment, interior to the accommodation (appliances, television, …) and outside (deckchairs of the swimming pool, parasols, lamps, …).
- Make sure remote controls (TV, blind, air conditioning) are out of reach of children.
- Please close the electric blinds of your terrace in case of wind.
